Tri State Ministries is a passion of the Tri State Rodeo Team.  Tri-State Rodeo Company is the vision of two passionate ladies of Rodeo. The company is owned by Bonnie Rasmussen, High Desert Rough Stock and Debbie Scott, Double D Extreme. Bonnie and Debbie have worked tirelessly for more than a decade to bring the highest quality stock to many top notch northwest rodeo events. Also included are events such as Rodeo Bible Camps, Cowboy and Rodeo Clinics, Youth Rodeo Events and more. Bonnie, Debbie and their team are passionate about cowboy culture and sharing that ideology with our youth through every event they participate in.  You can rest assured that when Tri State Rodeo is present at an event amazing coaches and cowboys will be there. Bonnie and Debbie are supported by an incredible team of hard working individuals, many of whom have been part of the team for the last decade. JC Harmon heads up the junior-youth rodeo side of this busy rodeo company. He can typically be found sporting a top hat or other outlandish cowboy garb. JC Harmon is a cowboy, rancher, truck driver, coach and one of the areas most enthusiastic supporters of youth in rodeo. Whether hauling stock, coaching, or scooping up little mutton busters from the arena you can usually find him yelling the loudest and encouraging someone.
